# NewInstance

NewInstance gives you one account, one organization and one API key for a set of products you can adopt one at a time.

## Products

| Product | What it does |
|---|---|
| [BugWatch](/bugwatch) | Error monitoring, logs, traces, metrics and release health, with SDKs for servers, browsers and mobile apps. |
| [Support Tickets](/support-tickets) | A hosted support portal for your customers, and an API to create and read their tickets. |
| [Secret Manager](/secret-manager) | End-to-end encrypted configuration your apps fetch at runtime. |
| [Chat](/chat) | An AI chatbot and live chat for your website, with native mobile SDKs. |
| [Docs Portal](/docs-portal) | Branded documentation for your own product, with an interactive API reference. |
| [EHR](/ehr) | Electronic health records for behavioral health and human services agencies. |
| [AI Agent Access (MCP)](/ai-agent-access-mcp) | An MCP endpoint that lets AI agents work with your data. |

## Base URLs

| Service | URL |
|---|---|
| REST API | `https://api.newinstance.cloud` |
| MCP endpoint | `https://service.newinstance.cloud` |

There is no separate sandbox host. Use a `sk_test_` key on the same URLs and your calls only ever see test data.

## Authentication

Every request sends your API key in the `x-api-key` header. The Authentication page in this section shows the format, and [Getting Started](/getting-started) explains how to create a key and which scopes it needs. Browser and mobile SDKs never hold your secret key; their guides explain how they sign in.

## Where to start

1. Follow [Getting Started](/getting-started) to create an organization and an API key.
2. Open the product you are integrating from the sidebar.
3. When a call fails, [Errors & Rate Limits](/errors-rate-limits) explains every error and what to do about it.
