# Install an SDK

Install the BugWatch library for your server or web stack. Each page below is the full guide for one library: installation, initialisation, configuration, framework integration, symbolication and troubleshooting. The wire contracts each library speaks are documented under [Server Ingest API](/server-ingest-api), [Browser Ingest](/browser-ingest), [Source Maps & Symbols](/source-maps-symbols) and [OpenTelemetry, Prometheus & Tracing](/opentelemetry-prometheus-tracing).

| Platform | Package | Registry |
|----------|---------|----------|
| JavaScript / TypeScript (Node, browser, edge) | `@newinstance/bugwatch` | npm |
| PHP / Laravel | `newinstance/bugwatch-php` | Packagist |
| Java / Kotlin / Spring Boot | `opentelemetry-javaagent` (no BugWatch library needed) | GitHub Releases |
| CLI (symbols, artifacts, deploys) | `@newinstance/bugwatch-cli` | npm |
| OpenTelemetry Collector | config for `otel/opentelemetry-collector-contrib` | Docker Hub |

**Building a mobile app?** Android, iOS & macOS, React Native and Flutter have their own dedicated section with full installation, configuration and symbolication guides; see [Mobile](/mobile).

**Running on the JVM?** Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot need no BugWatch library at all: the OpenTelemetry Java agent reports errors, logs, traces and JVM metrics with no code change. See [Java & Spring Boot](/java-spring-boot).

**No SDK for your language?** Python, Go, Ruby, C#, Rust and anything else integrate **directly against the REST wire API** (see the last sub-folder). The ingest format is plain NDJSON over HTTPS, so a direct integration is ~20 lines.
